What time and day is the event?
Sunday 8th and Monday 9th November 2026, 9:00am–5:00pm each day (AEST, Queensland time, no daylight saving). We occasionally run a little over, so if you're flying out, keep your Monday evening flexible.
Where is it being held?
Mantra Legends Hotel, 25 Laycock St, Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.
Is there parking at the venue?
Car parking is very limited onsite at $25 per day. The Bruce Bishop car park and the tram stop are both close by.
Can I stay at the venue?

Can I bring my team?
